Mackerel - Ayala Fry (Kerala style fish fry)

Ayala Mulakittath is a curry that everyone loves. But Ayala fried tastes better than that. Mackerel is a Nutritious fish for everybody. It has high levels of essential fatty acids, helping to maintain beautiful skin.Ayala(Mackerel) is a very healthy fish. You can not only but  Ayala curry but also fry it. Ayala can be fried in a delicious way.

Ingredients

Ayala fish -4 no

Turmeric Powder - ¼ Teaspoon

Chilly Powder - 2 Teaspoon

Pepper Powder - ¼ Teaspoon

Fennel Powder - ¼ Teaspoon

Ginger Paste -¼ Teaspoon

Garlic Paste - ¼ Teaspoon

Small Onion Paste - ¼ Teaspoon

Salt and Oil - For Cooking

Red Chilly Flakes - 1 Teaspoon

Lemon Juice - ½ Teaspoon

Curry Leaves - 4 stalks


How To Prepare:

Add all the powder, salt to taste, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste and and small onion paste, red chilly flakes mix well and make a paste. Apply this paste and onion paste, mix well and make a paste. Apply this paste on the adjacent pieces and leave it for 30 minutes. It can be kept in the fridge or kept outside. After 30 minutes, heat oil in a pan,add 4 sticks of curry leaves, put fish pieces on it and fry. The curry leaves are placed on the  fish to prevent it from breaking or sticking to the bottom.
