Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
🍳 Preparation Steps

Wash and cut okra:

Wash the vendakka and pat dry completely (no water should remain).

Cut into 1½ inch pieces.

Fry the okra lightly:

Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a pan.

Add the chopped vendakka and sauté on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until they are slightly crisp and no sliminess remains.

Remove and keep aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tbsp more coconut oil.

Add sliced shallots, green chillies, and curry leaves.
